Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to POWERHOUSE 24 SI, operated by Braxton Heritage Group, including powerhouse24ai.com and its connected workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: terrencejones37@gmail.com.

Accounts and authorized use

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You must be an adult authorized to use the service for yourself or your company. Company owners control employee invitations, assignments, and permissions. A Google connection, a POWERHOUSE employee invitation, and access to the hosted Site are separate permissions. You may connect only accounts and data you own or are authorized to manage.

Available features and connected services

POWERHOUSE provides business-workspace tools as made available in your account. Features, integrations, quotas, and availability vary by configuration. Public descriptions or enabled Cloud APIs do not establish that a connection, automation, paid checkout, or feature is active. Google and other providers may require separate accounts, authorization, subscriptions, usage fees, or verification. We do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party services.

Your content and company responsibilities

You retain your rights to content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you request and share it with the workspace users you authorize. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful collection and use, employee-monitoring notices, recipient permissions, and the rights to uploaded files, images, music, videos, and licensed or PLR materials. A file upload does not establish resale or publication rights.

AI drafts, approvals, and communications

AI helps; you decide and approve. Review generated content for accuracy, suitability, rights, and compliance before using it. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not a guarantee of business, financial, legal, medical, or other outcomes. Outgoing messages submitted through POWERHOUSE’s email approval workflow require owner approval before sending. Approvals authorize a real provider action; review the sender, recipients, and full content carefully.

A provider’s acceptance of an email does not establish recipient delivery or engagement. Imported Gmail Sent records do not establish opens or clicks. When an outcome is uncertain, check the provider’s records before attempting another send. Messages sent directly in Gmail or another outside application are governed by that application and do not pass through POWERHOUSE’s approval workflow.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive communications, unauthorized monitoring, credential theft, malicious code, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable rules or provider policies. Respect quotas and the permissions of company users and connected accounts.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Prices and plan comparisons describe the offers shown on the public site; they do not by themselves establish an active subscription. If paid checkout is offered, the price, billing frequency, included features, limits, and cancellation or refund terms must be presented before purchase. Third-party service charges are separate unless expressly included. Contact support about billing or cancellation; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and data requests

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed, connected Google access, company access, retention, and deletion requests. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically erase imported business records. Request account or data deletion through the contact address above.

Availability, restrictions, and responsibility

The service is under continuing development. Features may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed, and beta or testing functions may have additional limits. Keep independent copies of important records. We may restrict access when necessary to address security, misuse, provider requirements, or legal obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or a particular commercial result. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
